Description
AI-2 Microprocessor based make in India Water Clean Room Air Flow Tester is the most Rugged, durable, portable, non-contaminating and reliable device for producing high density and purity of water fog for air flow visualization in clean rooms by photographic or video recording of air flow patterns in pharmaceutical clean rooms, healthcare, food industry agriculture industry and other controlled environments. These foggers provide a high volume, density and purity of fog based on pure water. This flow tester helps to measure airflow visualization according to ISO 14644-1, ISO 14644-2, ISO 14644-3, Annex B7; Airflow Recovery Tests in ISO 14644-3 Annex B12; USP 797 Pharmaceutical In-situ Airflow Analysis; USP 800 Compound Pharmacy airflow tests; NSF 49 for Bio-Safety Cabinets; and SemiStandards Clean Room Guidelines, Federal Standard 209E. and GMP standards for complete study of air flow directions for maintain clean room criteria. The water fog is generated by atomizing DI water into droplets which are nominally from 1-10μm in size. The generated fog is ultrapure leaving no trace particles or no residue contaminants after its evaporation behind.
